Installed your eSIM but no data? Nine times out of ten it's one of four settings. Work through them in order.
An eSIM that won't connect is almost always a settings issue, not a faulty profile. Go through these in order before contacting anyone.
1) Data Roaming is off for the eSIM line, turn it ON (Settings โ the eSIM โ Data Roaming). 2) The eSIM isn't set as your mobile-data line, select it. 3) Your plan starts on first connection in the destination and you're not there yet, check the activation line on your plan. 4) Airplane mode is on, or you have a weak indoor signal, toggle airplane mode off and on near a window.
Restart the phone so it re-registers on the network, and try manually selecting a carrier under Network Selection if auto-select stalls.
