Terms of Use
1. Who we are. Simzora is operated by Simzora Ltd (registration pending). Contact: support@simzora.com.
2. What we sell. Prepaid, one-time travel eSIM data plans — data only. No phone number, no SMS, and no emergency calling (911/112). No subscriptions; nothing auto-renews.
3. Your device. You are responsible for ensuring your device supports eSIM, is carrier-unlocked, that you follow the installation instructions, and that you check plan details before purchase. We publish free self-checks and confirm compatibility questions before you pay.
4. One install. An eSIM can be installed exactly once and cannot be reinstalled or transferred after deletion.
5. Plans & validity. Each plan has a data allowance (or fair-use policy for unlimited plans), a validity period, and an activation policy shown on the plan card. Plans end at data exhaustion or validity end, whichever comes first. Unactivated eSIMs expire 179 days after purchase.
6. Payments. Prices shown are final. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; we store no full card numbers. Charges appear as SIMZORA-ESIM.
7. Refunds. Per the Refund Policy page.
8. Service changes. Coverage depends on partner networks and telecom regulations, which can change. We describe coverage honestly and never guarantee uninterrupted service indefinitely.
9. Support. 7 days a week, 9:00–24:00 (GMT+5), by chat and email. We aim to respond within hours; chat may start with an automated assistant and you can request a human at any time.
