Every claim below is true on day one — we're new, and we don't fake it.
Scan. Connect. Done.
No shops, no shipping, no SIM trays. Checkout takes about 90 seconds and your eSIM is on screen instantly.
No surprises on your bill
Prepaid — what you see is what you pay. No activation fees, no “we'll charge you per MB” nonsense, never a subscription.
The networks locals use
Local 4G/5G partners, named on every country page — Zong & Jazz in Pakistan, Turkcell & Vodafone in Turkey — so you know what you're buying.
Top up in a couple of taps
Most plans top up with no new QR and no reinstall. When a plan can't, we say so — and a repurchase emails a new QR instantly.
Keep your home SIM
Data-only by design: the eSIM handles data while your own number stays in for calls, texts and bank codes. WhatsApp works as normal.
Didn't connect? Full refund
If your eSIM won't connect within 48 hours on a compatible, unlocked device, you get your money back — and refunds are self-serve from My eSIMs.

ROAMING
Does my eSIM come with a phone number or SMS?+−
No — it's data-only. Keep your home SIM for calls, SMS and OTP codes; WhatsApp and other apps keep working on your existing number.
Should I enable data roaming?+−
Yes, on the eSIM line — that's normal for travel eSIMs and costs nothing extra. Disable roaming on your home SIM to avoid carrier charges.
Will my phone work with eSIM?+−
You need an eSIM-capable AND carrier-unlocked phone. Quick check: dial *#06# — an EID line means eSIM hardware exists. See our Supported devices page for the full checks.
Can I install the eSIM on two phones?+−
No — one eSIM installs exactly once and can't be transferred. Never delete it from your phone; top up instead.
When does my plan start?+−
It's shown on every plan card — most plans start at first network connection in your destination, so you can buy and install days before you fly.
Can I buy before my trip?+−
Yes — recommended. Install on Wi-Fi at home; for most plans validity only starts when the eSIM first connects in your destination (check your plan card's activation line).
Does hotspot / tethering work?+−
Most plans support hotspot — it's marked per plan. Share your connection with a laptop or a second phone.
What happens when my data runs out?+−
Your connection pauses. Most plans top up with no new QR; if yours can't be topped up, buy a new plan and we deliver a new eSIM instantly.
How do I check my remaining data?+−
Open My eSIMs for your order and balance details, or use your phone's own data counter for the eSIM line.
Why do some destinations ask for ID verification?+−
Local law in certain countries (for example the UAE, Saudi Arabia, or Singapore) requires identity verification for the underlying carrier. When a plan needs it, we say so on the plan card before you pay — never after.
Can I get a refund?+−
Yes — unactivated eSIMs are refundable within 59 days, self-serve from My eSIMs. And if your eSIM can't connect on a compatible unlocked phone, we refund you within the guarantee window. Full terms on the Refund Policy page.
What speeds will I get?+−
Local 4G/5G through partner networks named on each country page. Speeds vary by area and device; unlimited plans have a linked fair-use policy.
Ready for the next trip?
