How can we help?

Installation, activation, troubleshooting, billing, and refunds.

🚀 Getting started

What do I need before buying?

An eSIM-capable, carrier-unlocked phone (dial *#06# — an EID line means eSIM hardware exists) and an email address. Buy before your trip and install on Wi-Fi at home; most plans only start when the eSIM first connects in your destination.

When should I install my eSIM?

Anytime before you fly — home Wi-Fi is ideal. Keep the eSIM's line off or roaming off until you land if you want to be extra safe; the plan starts at first network connection for most plans (it's stated on your plan card).

📲 Installation

How do I install on iPhone?

Fastest: tap the one-tap Install eSIM button on your delivery page (iOS 17.4+). Otherwise: Settings → Mobile Data → Add eSIM → Use QR Code (scan from another screen), or Enter Details Manually with the SM-DP+ address and activation code from your email. Then set the eSIM as your Mobile Data line and enable Data Roaming for it.

How do I install on Android?

Samsung: Settings → Connections → SIM manager → Add eSIM. Pixel: Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs → Add eSIM. Scan the QR or enter the codes manually, set the eSIM as the data SIM, and turn Data Roaming on. Some models need one extra APN setting — contact us and we'll send it.

Why can't I scan the QR on the same phone?

A phone can't scan its own screen. On the same phone use the one-tap install button or manual entry — both are on your delivery page. The QR is for when you have the code open on a laptop or second device.

🔧 Troubleshooting

Installed but no internet — what do I check?

In order: (1) the eSIM is set as your Mobile Data line, (2) Data Roaming is ON for that line, (3) toggle Airplane Mode once to force a fresh network search, (4) restart the phone. Android only: if it still fails, the APN may need a manual value — message us.

I deleted my eSIM by mistake.

Contact us immediately and don't buy anything yet. An eSIM installs exactly once — deletion usually destroys it — but we'll check what can be done on the supplier side before anything else.

Data is slow.

Speeds follow the partner network's coverage where you're standing. Try toggling Airplane Mode (the phone may re-select a stronger network), and check whether you've hit an unlimited plan's daily fair-use threshold — speeds reduce after it until the next 24h reset.

📡 Plans & coverage

When does my plan's validity start?

It's printed on every plan card. Most plans start at first network connection in your destination — buy and install days ahead, it activates when you land. Some wholesale plans start at purchase; the card always says which.

Which networks will I use, and what speeds?

Each country page names the partner networks (for example Zong 4G & Jazz 4G in Pakistan) and describes real-world coverage city by city. Speeds follow the partner network where you're standing; unlimited plans list their fair-use allowance on the card.

💳 Billing & payments

What will the charge look like on my card?

It appears with our statement descriptor shown at checkout. Prices are final — no taxes or fees are added on top of what you saw.

↩️ Refunds

How do refunds work?

Unactivated eSIMs: refundable within 59 days of purchase, self-serve from My eSIMs → your order → Request a refund. If your eSIM couldn't connect on a compatible unlocked phone, contact us within 48 hours for a full refund. Top-ups and promo eSIMs aren't refundable. Full details on the Refund Policy page.
