Install on Wi-Fi before you fly. Most plans only start when the eSIM first connects in your destination.
Installing your eSIM
Before you start: connect to Wi-Fi — the phone needs internet to download the eSIM.
iPhone (one tap): tap the Install eSIM button on your delivery page (iOS 17.4+), or Settings → Mobile Data → Add eSIM → Use QR Code.
iPhone (manual): Settings → Mobile Data → Add eSIM → Enter Details Manually → paste the SM-DP+ address and activation code from your email.
Samsung: Settings → Connections → SIM manager → Add eSIM. Pixel: Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs → Add eSIM.
After installing: set the new eSIM as your Mobile Data line and turn on Data Roaming for that line — dual-SIM phones keep using the old line for data unless you switch. Some Androids need one extra APN setting; we'll guide you if data doesn't start.
Never delete your eSIM. It installs exactly once and can't be transferred. When data runs out, top up instead.
